We are looking for Senior Ab Initio/ETL Developers professionals who can bridge the gap between complex legacy data systems and modern cloud-based analytics.
To design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions which will support our client’s data-driven decision-making.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end data integration lifecycle, ensuring data quality, security, and alignment with the client’s architectural standards.
Technical Requirements
Core ETL Tools
- Ab Initio (Primary):
- Mastery of GDE, Co-Operating System, Control Center, and Metadata Hub.
- Alternative ETL:
- Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, DataStage, or Microsoft SSIS is highly advantageous.
Data & Databases
- Relational Databases:
- Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL, DB2, MS SQL, or Oracle).
- Data Warehousing:
- In-depth understanding of Kimbal/Inmon methodologies and Star/Snowflake schemas, etc.
- Big Data:
- Exposure to Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, Spark) and Cloud Data Warehousing (Snowflake or Azure Synapse).
Minimum four years experience.

Pay: R585,00 – R600,00 per hour
