Position Summary

The Workforce Development Representative serves as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for Health Tech Learning within the public workforce system. This role is responsible for conducting inbound and outbound outreach with Workforce Boards and American Job Center (AJC) Site Directors to secure appointments, schedule site visits, and expand partnership opportunities. This position plays a critical role in shaping how workforce leaders perceive Health Tech Learning and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified, confirmed meetings that lead to long-term partnership and referral growth. The ideal candidate is driven, professional, and motivated by creating access to career pathways that positively impact individuals and communities.

Core Responsibilities

Outbound Engagement & Appointment Setting

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with Workforce Boards and AJC Site Directors across assigned states (IL, AZ, WY, NM, VT, LA)
  • Secure confirmed appointments and site visits for partnership development
  • Execute structured follow-up via calls, emails, and texts to maintain engagement and ensure meeting attendance

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of outreach activity and scheduled appointments
  • Maintain accurate and predictable weekly and monthly appointment forecasts
  • Track all activity, contacts, and meetings within CRM systems

Stakeholder Engagement & Positioning

  • Professionally represent Health Tech Learning and clearly communicate program value
  • Conduct high-level discovery to understand workforce board priorities and training needs
  • Deliver consistent messaging aligned with company standards and outreach strategy

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Maintain accuracy in data entry, reporting, and CRM documentation
  • Follow established outreach processes, scripts, and communication standards
  • Ensure professionalism, integrity, and consistency in all interactions

Performance Expectations (Measures of Success)

  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment-setting goals
  • Maintain strong outreach activity levels (calls, emails, follow-ups)
  • Achieve high meeting confirmation and show rates
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
  • Meet internal quality assurance and communication standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in outbound sales, admissions, workforce development, or business

development

  • Proven success in high-volume calling and pipeline management
  • Experience engaging decision-makers and securing meetings
