Renewal by Andersen is hiring a Window & Door Installer Assistant to work alongside a Lead Installer replacing windows and doors.
If you like working with your hands, staying active, and seeing the finished product at the end of the day — this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Lead Installer on window and door replacements
- Carry, lift, and stage materials (lifting up to 75 lbs required)
- Prep job sites and keep work areas clean
- Help ensure projects are completed safely and professionally
- Interact respectfully with homeowners, providing WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE

- Able to lift 75 pounds consistently
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Wants to learn a skilled trade
