We specialize in residential custom decks and porches, additions, carpentry, and remodeling. Position Summary
You would be responsible for managing day to day job site activities, performing skilled carpentry work, coordinating subcontractors when needed, and insuring projects are completed safely, on time, and with a high standard of quality. This role requires strong technical carpentry skills, leadership qualities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manager construction projects on-site
- Perform precise demolition, framing, and finish carpentry
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Coordinate and oversee labors and subcontractors
- Communicate project progress and potential issues to management
- Insure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Maintain a clean organized and safe job site
- Interact professionally with homeowners and clients
- Assist with material planning, ordering, and inventory management
- Identifying and resolve field challenges proactively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision
- Experience with demolition, framing, and finish carpentry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read plans and construction drawings
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and perform physical job site activities
- High attention to detail on all levels of job responsibilities
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
