Job Summary
Neptune Glass is looking to hire experienced Window, Door & Glass Railing Installers for high-end residential projects in Naples, Marco Island, and surrounding areas.
We specialize in impact windows and doors, frameless glass railings, frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, and custom architectural glass. We are looking for dependable installers who take pride in clean, detailed work and want steady full-time employment with a growing glass company.
This is hands-on field work on custom homes, not basic handyman or general labor work. Experience in glass, glazing, impact windows, doors, railings, or similar construction trades is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install impact-rated windows and doors
- Install frameless glass railing systems
- Install frameless shower enclosures and specialty glass when needed
- Safely handle and move large glass panels and materials
- Read shop drawings, layouts, and field measurements
- Use power tools and installation equipment properly
- Apply sealants and waterproofing details as required
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Work professionally around homeowners, builders, and other trades
- Follow company installation standards and safety procedures
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed
Requirements
- Experience installing windows, doors, frameless glass, railings, or related construction products preferred
- Ability to lift and safely handle heavy glass and construction materials
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
- Ability to work well with a team
- Attention to detail is required
- Must be dependable and show up on time
Preferred Experience
- Impact window and door installation
- Sliding glass doors and large openings
- Frameless glass railing systems
- Frameless shower enclosures
- Glass and glazing experience
- High-end residential construction
- Blueprint or shop drawing reading
- Layout, measuring, drilling, anchoring, and sealant work

Pay
$25.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
Schedule
Full-time position. Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime depending on project schedule.
Location
Naples, Marco Island, and surrounding Southwest Florida areas.
