Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain/Relex

Experience:

• Certified BA with over 7 solid years of experience:

• Retail experience
• Supply Chain experience e.g. Forecasting and replenishment
• AI forecasting and replenishment related systems experience e.g. Relex (advantageous)
• Pharmaceutical experience (advantageous)
• Agile/Waterfall experience (advantageous)
• Worked on multiple projects
• Worked with multiple stakeholders e.g. Execs, business, technical, vendors

Key tasks (not limited to):

• Discovery Phase: Contribution to Business Case, High Level Design/Architecture/Requirements
• Plan/Strategise approach to BA work
• Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders
• Conduct Impact Assessments
• Elicit, document requirements (e.g. BRD) and review
• Document Epics, Features and User Stories (with acceptance criteria)
• Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
• Manage UAT/Testing
• Training
• Support/BAU
• Understanding/work with data/integration/interfaces
