What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in helping us turn donations into opportunities. This position involves a variety of tasks depending on the site (retail store, ADC, or processing center), including:
- Greeting and assisting donors with their donations
- Accepting and processing donated goods, including sorting, cleaning, and categorizing items for sale
- Supporting estate donation events and weekend garage sales (White Glove Events)
- Loading and unloading donation trucks
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Previous retail or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug/alcohol testing
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
