What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in helping us turn donations into opportunities. This position involves a variety of tasks depending on the site (retail store, ADC, or processing center), including:

  • Greeting and assisting donors with their donations
  • Accepting and processing donated goods, including sorting, cleaning, and categorizing items for sale
  • Supporting estate donation events and weekend garage sales (White Glove Events)
  • Loading and unloading donation trucks
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous retail or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug/alcohol testing
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
