Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by accurately blending materials to meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). The Blender will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all blending operations are performed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Operate blending equipment to mix raw materials according to specified formulations.
- Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency and quality of the final product.
- Conduct regular inspections of blended materials and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of blending activities, including batch numbers and ingredient usage.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members optimize blending processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in materials handling, packaging and warehouse operations as needed.
- Utilize forklift equipment for transporting materials within the facility when required.
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with materials handling, packaging and warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
