Join our dynamic flooring store team as a Warehouse Associate, where you’ll be the backbone of our inventory management and materials handling operations. Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move flooring materials throughout the warehouse.
- Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately track stock levels and locations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing materials to optimize space utilization and accessibility.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and verifying items using order picking techniques such as <PERSON> picker systems.
- Conduct shipping and receiving activities ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are processed efficiently according to OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements via AS400 or other warehouse management systems.
- Support warehouse supervision by adhering to safety protocols, performing routine equipment inspections, and participating in safety training related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.
Qualifications
- Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of inventory management, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
- Valid certification for operating forklifts, reach trucks, cranes or other heavy equipment preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and tools such as pallet jacks, mechanical lifts, or packaging equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in stock management.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse operations.

Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
