Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team, someone who genuinely loves computer hardware and gets a kick out of helping people find exactly what they need.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

• Customer Service: You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. Whether it’s live chat, email, or a quick call, you’ll be helping people make confident purchasing decisions.
• 
  Order Processing: Handling customer orders accurately and efficiently so nothing falls through the cracks, all while keeping customers updated along the way.
• 
  Procurement: Working with suppliers to source stock, chase the best deals and keep our shelves stocked with what our customers actually want.
• 
  Quoting & Recommendations: Tailoring build recommendations and quotations to suit each customer’s needs and budget. No copy-paste jobs, just real, thoughtful advice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hardware Obsessed: You follow the latest hardware releases, you know your way around a motherboard, and ideally, you’ve built a few PCs with your own hands.
• 
  People Person: You enjoy engaging with customers and get genuine satisfaction from helping someone put together their dream build or find the perfect peripheral.
• 
  Clear Communicator: Written and verbal communication that is professional, friendly, and easy to understand.
• 
  Fast Learner: This industry moves quickly. You should be the type who reads the reviews before the embargo lifts.

Other Requirements:

• Must be over 18 with own transport
• Matric or equivalent
• Must be able to work in Somerset West, Western Cape, full time
