Job Description

Hours: Full time
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt (hourly with eligibility for pre-approved overtime)
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor and Location Manager
Warehouse Duties:
- Warehouse organization
- Loading and unloading of containers, trucks, shipments
- Repackaging of inventory items
- Reference To-Do board and with direction from Warehouse Supervisor determine work flow priorities
- Alert Warehouse Supervisor and Office Coordinator of inventory levels when low
- Shipping and receiving duties, preparing packages for UPS, USPS, FedEx, LTL
- Fulfill order requests and help consolidate orders for shipping
- Receiving of items into inventory. Assist with unloading of deliveries
- Responsible for opening and closing the warehouse. Maintain keys and alarm security at times when Location Manager is not on site.
- Participate overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- With other staff, responsible for general safety conditions of the warehouse, equipment and vehicles
- Must practice and act as a good example for all safety protocols
- Trained UPS HazMat Shipper
- Prepare warehouse for semi-annual inventory to increase efficiency
- Forklift certification a plus. Operate forklift
Retail Store:
- Phones
- General customer service (answering questions, taking orders, processing order, calling for confirmation and or approvals, technical support)
- Cash wrap duties – effectively cashing customers out at time of purchase
- Assisting in-store customers with product and technical information
- Stock shelves with product and help to maintain a clean store for a professional and pleasant shopping experience.
- Participate in semi-annual inventory counts
- Other Duties as Assigned. It is expected that employee will ask for as well as accept additional tasks when requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
