You'll work with two young CEOs, and help them to organize their professional and personal lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fast Communication: You’ll be responsible for answering all incoming messages and email follow-ups within 5 minutes during working hours. You must be reachable and responsive.
- Financial recording & Data entry: You will handle financial data entry. You must be 100% trustworthy and detail-oriented with numbers.
- Executive Support: You’ll be responsible for booking appointments, conducting research, and managing various tasks to keep the CEOs' lives and business running smoothly.
- Professional Representation: You will often represent the CEOs in communication.
You aren't just a robot, you need to understand the needs of the business and the people behind it to support them effectively.
Don’t be overwhelmed, the onboarding process will be long and detailed. If you read this, remember the word "efficient".
We operate 7 days a week. You won’t be working nonstop, but you need to be available and ready to support the team and handle tasks ASAP during working hours. We need total commitment, but we also provide a growth opportunity.
You will have an opportunity to be promoted to executive assistant or to head one of the departments (depending on you).
Requirements:
- High Emotional Intelligence and a flexible "can-do" attitude.
- An extremely stable internet connection.
- A backup internet connection and backup power supply to ensure you can work in any conditions.
- A laptop.
- Absolute reliability, if you say it’s done, it’s done.
This position has a three-month probation period; you’ll be fully paid during that time, but the final hiring decision will be made after the three-month period.
Payment per month is $700 fixed and up to $300 in bonuses after the probation period.
