We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Must be 21 years or older
✅ Must vape or smoke and have knowledge of vaping products
✅ Must have reliable transport to and from work
✅ Must be well-spoken and presentable
✅ Must be trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
✅ Must be able to work at adjusted retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and sales
- Processing sales and handling payments
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
- Receiving and packing stock
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with promotions, marketing, and social media content where required
Advantageous Skills
⭐ Previous retail sales experience
⭐ Vape industry knowledge
⭐ Social media marketing experience
⭐ Graphic design skills
