Job Summary We are seeking 2 class A CDL drivers with a hazmat and tanker endorsement to work pm shift and must be able to work weekends. Must be willing to slip seat. Driver will deliver various grades of gasoline to local businesses. All routes are local and you are home everynight. Drivers never go further than 150 miles from the terminal. pay ranges from 90k to 112k a year. pay is based on the drivers ambition. Drivers also earn a quarterly incentive bonus based on performance. Benefits include medical insurance for the Driver after 90 days. 401K with a matching contribution up to 3%.
The Duties and Responsibilities of the Driver Position include but are not limited to:
* Drive company-owned commercial vehicles with various grades of gasoline.
* Fills tankers with needed fuel for delivery.
* Ensure safety and the best practices are always followed.
* Maintain regular communication with logistics coordinators.
* Follows all route guidance.
* Completes required safety pre and post inspections.
* Utilize company technology to accurately manage fuel inventory and customer delivery requirements.
* Complies with all state and local DOT laws.
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
* Valid CDL A
* Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
* Hazmat endorsement for at least 1 year.
* Tanker endorsement for at least 1 year,
* Preference for candidates who have completed a formal driving training program or attended driver training school.
* No major violations (reckless driving, fleeing the scene, accident resulting in serious injury or death, speeds greater than 20 mph in a given zone, drug or alcohol related).
* Pass background checks including Motor Vehicle Report.
* Clear a pre-employment drug screening.
* No more than 1 moving violation in the prior 36-month period.
* Team players demonstrate flexibility.
* Provide excellent customer service.

Physical requirements
* Must be able to get in and out of the truck multiple times per shift.
* Must be able to carry hoses and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
