Duties
- Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks.
- Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to access high branches efficiently and securely.
- Implement rigging techniques to control the safe removal of limbs or entire trees, ensuring minimal impact on surrounding landscapes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tree care, including tree trimming, pruning, or removal; growing experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently; certification in bucket operation is preferred.
- Physical fitness to climb trees for extended periods while maintaining safety standards.
- CDL is prefered
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
