Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to contact potential business clients, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads or direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients
- Introduce and explain VOIP, Fibre, and WiFi solutions
- Identify client needs and qualify leads
- Book appointments for senior sales staff or close deals
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, call centre, or sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Experience in telecom/IT sales (advantageous)
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans is a bonus)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
