Our Idaho Team is rapidly growing in the Pocatello, Idaho area. We provide our clients with highly skilled teams that perform projects that include earthwork, underground utilities, waste water ponds, reclamation, compressor pump stations, gas processing facilities, WWT plants, tilt up concrete structures, sub stations, and mass concrete. To be successful in this role, you must be detail oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently and independently to meet crucial deadlines. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Typical work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist AP, Payroll, and HR Departments
· Answer a multi-phone line system – screen and transfer calls
· Meet and greet clients
· Maintain office area cleanliness and organization.
· Running errands around Pocatello for the office
· Daily time entry from paper to payroll software
· Analyzes, prepares, and audits timesheets as necessary
· Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
· Review and confirm all data entered is accurate
· Reviews New Hire/Rehire Packets for accuracy in systems
· Scan and file documents in employee files
· Enter AP invoices
· Ability to continuously enter data throughout your entire shift.

· Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
· Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
· Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by team members
· Able to switch from different departments when coverage is needed
Qualifications
· Digital software knowledge including but not limited to
o Microsoft office programs
o Adobe PDF
· Detail oriented organizational skills and file management
· Multi-phone systems
· Must type 40-50 wpm and know 10-key by touch.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
· Self-motivating
· Previous experience with Payroll or Accounts Payable
· Must be 18 years of age.
· Valid Idaho State Driver’s License
· Bilingual in Spanish and English is desired, however, not a requirement

Pay: $16-$22 per hour dependent on experience
