Two Way Radio Technician/Installer and IT Technician
Needed for a medium sized company in northern suburbs.
Skills required:
· Perform Installations / De-installations of two-way radios units into various vehicle
types including trucks and plant machinery as per the set standard operating
procedure
· Perform repairs of two-way radios of various makes and models to component level
· Be able to perform installation/programming and setup of radios and IT
hardware/routers/PTP/ IT networks
· Have excellent communication skills & positive attitude with clients and staff in a
professional and courteous manner
· Fault finding and resolving on two-way radio and IT systems
· Have good IT experience, Computer and MS Office literacy
· Be able to follow company processes
· Work as a team within the workshop and under pressure
· Solid experience with hand tools & electric machinery, drills etc.
· Strong service-orientation
· Methodical: prioritise and plan daily activities
· Energy & Innovation
· Ability to climb masts- working at heights
· Available to work overtime when required
· Have a minimum of code 8 valid Driver’s License
