Supply Chain Learner

Join our team as a Supply Chain Learner, where you will play a key supporting role within the Supply Chain department. This position offers hands-on exposure to the full end-to-end supply chain process and an excellent learning opportunity within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation of purchase orders, and STO (Stock Transport Orders) in SAP.
• Daily tracking of inbound consignments and communication with shipping and clearing agents, send documents to shipping / clear agents when required.
• Maintenance of shipping schedule.
• Check and confirm inbound shipments arrived on time and in full and maintain ZGL_ING tool on receipt of inbound material.
• Enter and manage IM&S purchase orders for the team if required
• When required, provide back-up support on processing receipting of inbound shipments as well as outbound documentation.
• When required, communicate with outbound transporter on tracking of deliveries if required as well as using the Tools provided by the transporter for tracking purposes and POD’s
• Provide back up support for the Supply Chain team as required.
• Answer queries from transport vendors regarding freight or scheduling
• Communicate with the Customer Care Team and Warehouse Team, to align with customer delivery schedules.
• Execute other reasonable tasks as required and assigned by management

Academic Background

• Business Administration or Supply Chain Qualification
