- Conduct ISIR for new parts.
- Conduct supplier visit/audits.
- Manage CKD suppliers.
- Action and follow-up on claims for quality related topics.
- Action CKD blockings in the plant – generate reports of findings.
- Action rework process for product and technical defects.
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings with Germany regarding Quality issues.
- Conduct weekly meetings with production and logistics to remove damaged and rejected parts.
- Support disposal process with scrap supplier and SARS and generate report.
- Support Engineering with new product/part introduction, ISIR process.
- Support with change management and production investigations.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Supply Chain, Logistical and/ or Quality qualification
Skills:
- Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
- A focus on quality and output performance.
- Staff management skills including supervision, co-ordination, training and disciplining of staff.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Business and technical report writing together with strong presentation skills.
- Leadership and organisational skills.
- Production Planning Skills Flexible, active and forward thinking.
Experience:
3 – 5 years technical experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
