Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service standards. The successful candidate will lead staff, manage shifts efficiently, and help maintain a positive guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff members
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Support management in achieving operational targets and sales goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations and health & safety standards
  • Computer literacy and reporting skills are advantageous
