We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our growing plastic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to build a successful career in sales within the manufacturing industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Assist customers with product information and order enquiries.
- Conduct regular customer visits and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related qualification will be advantageous.
- 2–4 years’ sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, engineering, or a related industry.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
