We’re Hiring: Student Recruiter
Location: Cape Town
Are you passionate about education, sales, and helping students shape their future? FEDISA Fashion School is looking for a dynamic and driven Student Recruiter to join our Sales & Marketing team.
About the Role:
As a Student Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and guiding prospective students through their journey to enrolment. You’ll represent the FEDISA brand through in-person, telephonic, digital, and face-to-face engagement while driving student recruitment for annual intake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and provide career/course guidance
- Drive student recruitment and enrolment targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and prospective students
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up communication
- Manage student leads and update databases accurately
- Support registrations and administrative processes
- Coordinate and facilitate open days and school visits
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (Any related qualification advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license is essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Sales & marketing experience in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Work on Saturdays( Open Days)
