The Pantry is seeking a disciplined, organised, and highly capable Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in driving daily kitchen operations, maintaining culinary excellence, and executing premium catering and event experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and production
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Lead kitchen production during service and prep periods
  • Execute event and catering menus to a high standard
  • Assist with preparation and execution of corporate catering and private events
  • Supervise junior chefs, kitchen assistants, and prep staff
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
  • Present dishes and explain menu items to guests when required
