We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to help drive the next stage of growth across a group of ambitious businesses.
You’ll work across a mix of brands in mortgages, wealth and hospitality — including The Mortgage Hut, Police Mortgages, Airline Mortgage Shop, William James Wealth Management, Figurati Southampton and Orange Rooms. That means plenty of variety, lots of creative freedom, and the chance to make a real impact across businesses with strong foundations and big ambitions.
We want someone who is creative, organised, proactive and genuinely excited by building brands, generating attention and helping turn marketing into measurable business growth.
The role
You’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating social media activity across multiple businesses, working closely with management teams and external freelancers to make sure the right campaigns are planned, created and executed well.
This is not just a posting role. We want someone who understands how social content supports real business goals — from brand awareness and engagement through to enquiries, leads, bookings and revenue.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing social media across multiple brands
- Creating clear content plans and marketing calendars
- Working with photographers, videographers, designers and other freelancers to bring campaigns to life
- Liaising with management teams across each business to understand priorities, offers, events and growth goals
- Turning business objectives into creative, practical social media activity
- Planning and overseeing content that helps drive top-line revenue and supports teams in hitting targets
- Making sure output is on-brand, high quality and consistent
- Spotting creative opportunities, trends and ideas that keep our brands fresh and ahead of the curve
- Supporting wider marketing activity where needed, including campaign ideas and launch planning
- Tracking performance and helping improve what works over time
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong written English with English as a first language
- Good understanding of content planning, brand tone and audience engagement
- Organised and able to manage multiple brands and moving parts at once
- Confident working with different stakeholders and coordinating freelancers
- Creative, hardworking and self-motivated
- Someone who takes real pride in the quality of their work
- Able to work full-time in the UK time zone
Preferred, but not essential
- Experience in paid marketing
- Experience in email marketing
- Broader marketing experience across multiple brands or industries
