Now Hiring: Siding Foreman

What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew of 2+ in installing seamless steel siding and other premium exterior products
- Coordinate daily tasks, adjusting for weather, materials, and staffing
- Manage crew schedules and timekeeping
- Delegate responsibilities to keep projects on track
- Communicate with the Scheduler and Production Manager on project status
- Maintain driving logs and uphold OSHA safety standards
- Use an iPad for documentation and reporting
What You Bring
- 2+ years supervising siding crews
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills
- A safety‑first mindset
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Valid, insurable driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card
