Vumatel SDC acts as an interface between internal stakeholders and external ISP portfolio of accounts to ensure Vumatel FTTH services are provisioned, delivered, and maintained as per agreed Service Levels.

  • Daily tracking of ISP orders and tickets/cases
  • ISP daily/weekly/ monthly reporting on order fulfilment and assurance (incident management) related statistics.
  • Proactive and reactive reporting on Vuma service delivery metrics and overall overview of the ISP account portfolio by monitoring and managing the expectation of the channel partner (ISP).
  • Develop relationships and communication with all stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Compiling meeting minutes on behalf of the Service Manager and distribute accordingly
  • Attending business stand ups or relevant meetings.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Telecommunications/ Sales or Customer Service.
  • Higher certificate or Diploma
