Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Red Crew Consultants. The successful candidate will represent Vodacom in-store, assisting customers with products, services, and promotions while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with Vodacom products, services, and promotions
· Sell prepaid and contract products including SIM cards, data bundles, and devices
· Perform SIM activations and RICA registrations
· Educate customers on Vodacom offers and digital services
· Achieve individual and store sales targets
· Maintain professional customer service standards
· Ensure store displays and promotional materials are well presented
Requirements:
· Matric / Grade 12
· Retail or sales experience (telecommunications experience will be an advantage)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer-focused and sales-driven
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
· Experience with Vodacom systems will be advantageous.
Minimum 2 years Cellular sales experience in new Contracts, Upgrades, Broadband, Fibre, Accessories, insurance offerings & Device sales
Package:
Basic salary + Best commission.
Salary is negotiable based on experience. Write your own salary cheque with between 25k to 40k commission per month Plus supplier incentives!
Salary review + yearly bonus after 1 year of service based on sales performance
