Splash Mob Pools is hiring a Senior Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in the Phoenix / East Valley area.
We are looking for experienced pool technicians who can independently manage a service route, diagnose common pool issues, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain a high standard of work without constant oversight.
This is not an entry-level position.
Compensation & Benefits
- $24–26/hour depending on experience
- Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Independently manage and complete a weekly pool service route
- Maintain water chemistry using Taylor test kits
- Diagnose and address common pool and equipment issues
- Identify repair needs and communicate them clearly to customers and office staff
- Perform routine maintenance including brushing, netting, vacuuming, filter cleaning, and equipment inspections
- Keep accurate service notes and photos using company software
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional appearance
- Represent the company professionally at customer homes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of pool service experience
- Ability to independently manage at least 75 pools per week
- Strong understanding of pool chemistry and water balance
- Experience using Taylor test kits
- Basic equipment troubleshooting knowledge
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in Arizona summer conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and motor vehicle check in accordance with applicable law
Preferred
- Some light repair experience, e.g., filter cleans, backwash piston replacement, etc.
- Experience with Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy equipment
- Experience with salt systems, automation systems, and variable speed pumps
- CPO certification (not required)
