Commercial Grounds Maintenance Crew Lead
DSM Property Solutions Group is hiring for commercial and HOA grounds maintenance operations in the Des Moines metro.
We are looking for dependable, motivated operators who take pride in quality work and can work with urgency in a team environment.
This position includes:
- commercial mowing
- trimming/edging
- blower cleanup
- property detail work
- route organization
- crew leadership opportunity for experienced operators
What we’re looking for:
- reliability and consistency
- valid driver’s license
- transportation to/from work
- ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- attention to detail and efficiency
- prior commercial mowing or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but willingness to learn matters
Pay:
- $20–$28/hr depending on experience, reliability, and leadership ability
- room for advancement
- opportunity for year-round snow operations
