Senior BPMN & Integration Engineer
Contract: 12 Months

Are you passionate about process orchestration, workflow automation, and enterprise integration? We are looking for a Senior BPMN & Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise workflow solutions using Camunda or Appian.

This role focuses on building production-grade BPMN orchestration solutions integrating microservices, decision engines, and human task workflows while ensuring scalability, observability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement executable BPMN 2.0 workflows to orchestrate microservices and enterprise integrations.

• Engineer human task orchestration, including task lifecycle management, SLAs, escalation, and completion patterns.

• Build integration patterns using Camunda/Appian workers, delegates, or external tasks with robust error handling and retry mechanisms.

• Integrate REST APIs and microservices (Java/Spring Boot and Python where applicable).

• Develop DMN decision tables and decision services, with exposure to Drools for complex rule execution.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for BPMN workflows including versioning, packaging, automated deployment, and environment promotion.

• Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) with unit tests, integration tests, and regression suites.

• Deliver live process monitoring dashboards and operational insights including process KPIs, durations, incidents, and performance metrics.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance across orchestration and integration layers.

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and integration documentation for operational support.
