Seasonal Grounds Maintenance – Multiple Properties Jobs in Rochester, NY at The Cabot Group

SUMMARY Responsible for the daily operations at the property in the area of landscaping and grounds maintenance.
SCOPE OF WORK Focused on, but not limited to, the following:
- Watering flowers throughout the property daily
- Installing and watering flowering plants
- Weeding flower beds and shrub areas as needed
- Sweeping dumpster areas and performing a litter pick-up daily
- Weed control
- Pruning
- Clearing out swales/berms as needed
- Mulching or laying new rock in beds
- General grounds cleanup
- Assisting maintenance technicians as needed
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: General knowledge on the use of lawn equipment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have a valid, clean NYS Driver’s License.
This job is a seasonal position.
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
