Screen Printing Press Operator Jobs in Crystal Lake, IL at Princredible, Inc.
Princredible is a contract screen printer and embroider. The ideal candidate is a team player willing to pitch in where necessary to get the job done correctly and on time.
Screen printing experience is required for this position.
Production Schedule is 7:30am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (40 hour week).
Primary Job Duties include:
Setting up and producing product from work orders and product drawings
Load garments on to the press in the correct standard placement and straight
Maintains proper housekeeping of the immediate work area
Mixing ink to formula and checking for color accuracy to color guide
Cleaning and maintaining machines
Secondary Job Duties may include:
Coating, cleaning, exposing of screens
Checking in supply orders
Folding and packing finished shirts
Deeper cleaning of production area
Qualifications:
Adhere to company’s safety rules and policies including proper safety equipment and following MSDS sheets
Experience in screen printing a must, press operator experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail a MUST
Strong spatial awareness
Good verbal and written communication skills
Critical and Creative Thinker
Basic mathematics skills
Ability to follow directions and work with minimum supervision
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to pass both a drug and background test
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
