Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a positive and self motivated screen printer/production associate to work in our growing company. This is an entry level screen printing position for people with little to no experience.
Duties:
– Setup screens on manual or automatic machine from one to multiple colors
– Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
– Ensure accurate color matching and registration of prints
– Physically placing and pulling shirts from machine while inspecting for quality
– Always check prints for any defects or misprints. Troubleshoot machine, screens
– Prepare screens, inks, assist with counting in garments and stack goods for printing
– Assisting with removing ink from screens and prepping them for reclaiming when needed
– Operate and maintain screen printing equipment (machine, squeegees, ink buckets, shelves, etc.) General cleaning around work area
– Catching and stacking shirts at the end of the belt dryer if needed
Skills:
– Conscientious, well organized and detail-oriented
– Able to maintain a clean and safe work area
– Must be able to follow directions from supervisors
– English speaking, reading and writing
– Basic math skills
– Strong work ethic that emphasizes positive attitude, team oriented, ability to multi-task, punctuality
– Able to Stand, Kneel, bend and lift 50lbs during shift hours without any assistance in varying degrees of temperatures
– Prior screen printing or warehouse experience is a plus

Expected hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm/40 hours per week. Saturday hours available.
Pay Rate: Starting at $15/hour and based on experience.
