We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials using screen printing techniques, ensuring precision and consistency across all projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare screens, inks, and printing equipment to ensure optimal printing conditions.
- Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct prepress tasks such as color management, layout design, and typography adjustments to meet project specifications.
- Monitor print runs for quality control, identifying and correcting issues promptly to prevent defects.
- Maintain detailed records of print jobs, ink formulations, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on printing machinery and supplies.
Requirements
- Experience in screen printing, but not required, we will train, including manual and automatic press operation.
- Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing artwork file, not required, we will train.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to print quality or equipment performance.
