Sales Representative – FMCG (Perishable)
Henties Juice a well-known perishable product manufacturer is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to manage, grow and service a designated route in the Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build long-term loyalty with store managers and buyers within your assigned territory.
- New Business Development: Actively identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our market share.
- Trade Execution & Merchandising: Ensure stock is adequately merchandised, rotated, and highly visible at the point of sale.
- Order Processing: Accurately take store-level orders and coordinate with the logistics/delivery team for timely fulfilment.
- Market Intelligence: Report on competitor activity, pricing shifts, and customer preferences to management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG.
- Transportation: Valid Code 8 Driver’s License and reliable own transportation.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and field sales tools (e.g., Skynamo).
- Languages: Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) is highly advantageous
Pay: R12 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month
