The Role
We are seeking a reliable, clinically strong Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced but structured environment.
This is not just a “chairside” job; this role is essential to delivering an elevated patient experience and helping the doctor perform at their best.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentist chairside during restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures
- Take high-quality X-rays and operate 3D scanners to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Charting and assisting with treatment documentation
- Support patient education and case acceptance
- Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
- Sterilization and infection control protocols
- Maintain organized clinical flow
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (as required by state)
- X-ray certification
- 1+ year experience preferred (but open to strong new graduates)
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with digital dentistry
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Bilingual is not an absolute requirement, but is preferred
