About the Role
We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role where your income is directly tied to your performance.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through DMs, email, and outbound outreach
- Book and close sales calls
- Present and sell company services
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Compensation
- Earn 10% commission per sale from Cape Neto Solutions’ share
- High-ticket services offer strong earning potential
- Performance-based bonuses available
Example: If the company earns R5,000 from a deal, you earn R500 commission
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence in speaking and selling to clients
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required
- Reliable internet connection
