What You’ll Do
As a Hardscape Crew Lead, you will oversee the installation of paver patios, segmented retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, coping, and fire pits. You aren’t just building patios; you are leading a team to deliver award-winning results on time and with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Lead the precise installation of pavers, stonework, outdoor kitchens and retaining walls.
- Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a crew.
- Site Management: Manage daily operations on the jobsite.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to Project Managers and clients regarding progress and solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- 3+ years hardscapes or construction experience (pavers and retaining wall experience preferred) and 2+ years leadership experience
- Comfortable using common hardscapes tools, heavy machinery, etc.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors
