Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers’ questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- 2-8 year experience in online/telephonic sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication in English (Mandatory)
- Working days 6 and 9 hours shift
- Must Have
High speed internet connectivity,
Laptop/Desktop with 6 to 8 MB RAM with SSD drive,
Noise Cancellation headphones
