About the Role

The Sales Promoter will engage with customers in-store to introduce credit account offerings, explain benefits clearly, and guide customers through the account opening process. This role focuses on creating positive customer experiences, building trust, and supporting store sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge.

What You Will Do

• Approach and engage customers on the sales floor in a friendly, professional manner

• Explain available credit account options and their benefits in clear, simple terms

• Assist customers with completing credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Ensure all required documentation is collected and verified

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, credit criteria, and store offerings

• Achieve daily and weekly targets related to customer sign-ups and conversions

• Collaborate with store staff to create a welcoming and supportive environment

• Report customer insights and feedback to the team to help improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, sales, or promotions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable initiating conversations and approaching customers

• Ability to explain information clearly and handle questions with confidence

• Attention to detail when handling applications and documentation

• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience specifically with credit accounts, financial products, or application processing

• Multilingual communication skills
