1) Retail Sales
- Greet customers when they enter the store
- Assist customers with queries, including product information, prices and recommendations based on their needs
- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Ensure the retail floor is clean, neat and well merchandised
2) Online Sales
- Post stock items on social media on a daily basis
- Communicate with customers online and respond to queries promptly
Requirements:
– Previous retail floor sales experience
– Social media user with a current active facebook account.
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Must be fluent in English (verbally and written)
– Experience with appliances, tools and electronics will be beneficial.
– Honest, reliable and responsible
– Comfortable working retail hours (including weekends)
