Job Summary
Timberline Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landcare Crew Leader to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, lead a small crew, and ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe job completion.
This role is hands-on in the field while also responsible for planning work, leading team members, and maintaining strong communication with operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew (typically 2+ team members)
- Plan and organize daily routes, materials, and job priorities
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Perform and oversee landscape maintenance (pruning, weed control, turf care, pest treatments, etc.)
- Install plantings and landscape enhancements
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trucks, trailers, weed eaters, etc.)
- Enter job data accurately (timesheets, photos, and job documentation in Aspire)
- Communicate daily with operations team
- Train and support new crew members
- Identify and communicate enhancement opportunities on job sites
- Maintain clean and safe job sites, equipment, and vehicles
- Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months when needed
- Support client satisfaction through professionalism and communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in landscaping / landcare operations required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- $22 – $25+ per hour (based on experience)
