Sales Manager – Energy Storage / Solar Inverters Location: Florida （Preferred）Texas (secondary) | New York / Colorado / California
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to expand our inverter and energy storage business across the U.S. market. You will be responsible for building new customer relationships and managing existing accounts within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business with solar distributors, installers, and EPC contractors in your region; introduce our company capabilities and product portfolio to position us as a preferred inverter supplier
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to promote new products, understand procurement plans, and coordinate after-sales and technical training support to meet sales targets
- Track competitor activity including product specifications, pricing, and inventory levels; analyze competitive strengths and weaknesses to inform sales strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Proven experience in independent international business development; prior experience in the solar or energy storage industry strongly preferred
- Proficient in standard office software and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated, highly responsible, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Preferred base locations: Texas (first choice), Florida (second choice), New York, Colorado, or California
Pay: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Solar, energy storage, or inverter industry: 1 year (Required)
- B2B sales with distributors, installers, or EPC contractors: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
