Job Overview
Morita Forestry is seeking motivated and goal-driven Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, networking, and helping clients discover investment opportunities.
Successful candidates will begin with a 4-week probation period, during which they will demonstrate their sales ability and commitment to the business. Candidates who meet the performance requirements will be selected as permanent Morita Forestry Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Morita Forestry investment opportunities to potential investors
- Conduct street marketing, networking, and client engagement
- Present the business opportunity to interested investors
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional relationships
- Work closely with the team and attend scheduled meetings and training
- Maintain a positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
Performance Requirement (Probation Period)
All selected candidates will complete a 4-week probation period.
During this period, candidates are required to:
- Secure a minimum of 5 investors per week
- Demonstrate consistency, professionalism, and commitment to the role
Candidates who meet the performance requirement during the probation period will be approved to become official Morita Forestry Partners and continue with the company on a permanent basis.
