Sales Clerk (Level 1)

Senwes Equipment is seeking a customer-focused Sales Clerk (Level 1) to support the sales of construction and forestry spare parts.

You will assist customers with parts enquiries, identify the correct spare parts using catalogues and systems, and process orders accurately. The role also includes maintaining strong supplier relationships, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring the sales area and stock are organised and well maintained.

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Minimum 1 year relevant spares sales experience
• Knowledge of construction and forestry equipment parts (advantageous)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and administrative ability
