JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales assistant to join our team, specializing in face-to-face sales. In this role, you will engage directly with customers in-person to promote and sell our products/services, build strong customer relationships, and help meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and demonstrate product/service offerings effectively and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company brand positively and professionally in all interactions

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.

Pay: R1 000,00 – R1 500,00 per week
