Position Overview
We are looking for an Experienced Roofer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of roofing experience
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems
- Remove and replace roofing materials
- Measure, cut, and secure materials using hand and power tools
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection
- Work closely with team members and supervisors
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Frequent work at heights and on sloped roofs
- Stand/walk for 8–10 hours per day
- Lift 25–50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs with assistance)
- Climb ladders up to 40 feet
- Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, and lifting
