WPM Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking energetic, qualified, and passionate Fitness Instructors to join our dynamic team. Successful candidates will be responsible for planning and conducting safe, engaging, and effective fitness programmes while promoting health and wellness among clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant Fitness Qualification, such as:
- Personal Training Certificate;
- Group Fitness Instructor Certificate;
- Fitness and Conditioning Certificate; or
- National Certificate in Fitness.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage individuals and groups.
- Previous experience in the fitness industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
- Develop and implement fitness programmes tailored to client needs.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure participant safety.
- Monitor participant progress and provide guidance and motivation.
- Maintain fitness equipment and ensure a safe exercise environment.
- Promote healthy lifestyle practices and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain attendance registers and programme records.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements.

- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good planning and organisational abilities.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
