Returns Specialist Jobs in Simi Valley, CA at Coast to Coast Computer Products, Inc
Essential Functions:
- Utilizes the functions of Connex and Returns systems in order to perform daily tasks. Also need to be versed with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Creates Return Authorization and documents all information related to the return into the Returns system
- Verifies that merchandise returned by customers matches the vendor credit and return authorization
- Verifies the quantities returned match the quantities indicated on the vendor credit and return authorization
- Acts as liaison between customers, sales, and vendors
- Responds to all inquiries via phone and email regarding returns procedures & status
- Provides guidance on returns process
- Investigates and responds to client inquiries related to returns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour
